So, as always, a very popular locaicen on my running track 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ Always very popular to relax for a coffee or whatever the ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ desires. I think from March onwards, many people will be able to enjoy life here again. So everyone stays strong and soon all doors in the city will open again and we are all happy and satisfied. Very pleasant, tasty and a good atmosphere.

Unfriendly employee today at noon on 09/30/2020. no wonder we were the only guests there. All people just pass it, nobody is interested in sitting there. The employee always responded sluggishly to certain requests, not bye, not mentioning that they only accept cash. There are always the best who want to hide everything nicely from the tax office. Can't recommend this "bistro restaurant" at all.

Service is very bad, unfriendly and without a clue of service. The woman at the bar was also rude. When: 12.09.20 at approx. 7 p.m. How can the boss hire such staff without knowledge of customer service? Surely there are other people who would really do this job much better. Thank you.

Delicious pizza, nice staff, prices are ok for the location.

It has been on for a very long time. If you want to have a little meal in the 808 before partying, you are in good hands here.

A small cafe in the building of the Zoo Palace. It fulfills the expectations of a cafe, but unfortunately does not offer a unique selling point that would make you say wow I have to go there. It's actually only good to kill time.

Small bar in the Zoopalast cinema. Delicious drinks, friendly service and good music, what more could you want.

We wanted to go to the bar at 7.30pm and were rejected by 2 waiters because they now want to close without a good reason although the internet says they are open until 9pm. Impudence!

Bartender has attitude. Good food tho and good atmosphere. BTW, bartender says they don’t take Master Card. Cash only!

The pizza is delicious. Great way to have a drink before going to the movies. You can not pay only with card .. I would not have thought where it is super centrally located and where a lot of tourists frolicking

Really sucked. I can asked for a pasta and was told there was none. And then I see the cook hogging pasta10 min later. Very standoffish.

A real nice place. Good Drinks, nice staff, fair pricing. Close to Zoo Station. Outside sitting possible, really a recommandable place. Will be back for sure.

I was in the "Zoo Palace" today to buy a gift, we had of course, before thinking about what can to do a good man !? That's when we thought of the gift box de Luxe for two! 2 cinema vouchers, 2Getränkegutscheine u.ein plate with 🥓🍟🥙🍕🥜🌮🥓🥗 finger food 🍽! Following are We're still in the Zoo Polast Lounge next door and the cappuccino was really great with decoration ☕☕☕! On the way to the subway on Zoological garden, we passed the kiosk Curry 26, Currywurst is really tasty there. That's it for today, a few photos are included! 🍓🍎🌶

The food was ok (overpriced), but a little tasteless. However the staff was ignorant and didnt offer any attention to us when we first came in. This would be fine had it not been for their lack in interest when we tried to pay and leave. One of the staff members looked like a big question mark. Would not recommend this to tourists. Maybe more friendly towards locals in Berlin.

Really bad service, very unfriendly

Very thin menu, pizzas are flavoured bread slices. The 3 pastas on the menu are evenly uninspiring. Extremely poor service. They messed our order up, refused to rectify it which ended up in a heated argument with a very rude manager.

Poor service. Pizzas ordered by three of our group of eight were placed on one plate and served to one person while the other two were waiting for their food. The servings were so small that we did not realize that three people had too share the one plate before it was too late. The same happened to two other members of our group who ordered the same pizza dish. The unhappy aspect of it all was that the manager considered it perfectly normal to serve five plates to a group of eight people and to expect from them to know that some should share, and others not. Worse of all is that the waitress and manager refused to even discuss the matter with us. The taste of the pizzas? Thick bread with something on top, very much like the stuff that you buy in the supermarket to warm up at home when you don't have time to cook. By the way, when we initially ordered beers the manager came back to inform us that some of the beers ordered are no longer available and that the menu was outdated.

We visited the outlet as international athletes and find it unfriendly and not suitable to outsiders. There is a lack of proper management and I will not recommend it.

Wi-fi does not work, credit cards are not accepted, only cash. Menu is really weak - cocktails, few kinds of beer, pasta and pizza. A place for 5- minute break to eat just something and drink a glass of beer.

Really nice view from the terrace to the Memory Church. Great spot to enjoy a pizza and a glass of line. Big up for the friendly and fast service staff!

Small bar directly at the Zoo Palast cinema. Five tables. There are only drinks. The bar can be accessed from the cinema as well as from outside. So you don't have to have a movie ticket to go to the bar. The bar is okay to wait for a movie to start or to have a quick drink after the show. The selection of drinks is very small. Usually the staff is very friendly.

Its ok ..little expensive n not a place to hang out in winter due to lack and improper sitting arrangements..and had to get out at 9:15 pm even though closing time outside was 11.. n we went in around 8:50/8:55...

Amazing place. Their atmosphere and music make you lazy and feel well. It looks like a box containing peace which contrasts with the loud and crowd street behind the window.

The pasta were out. We ordered pizza. But the dough is really thick, not my style. The serving and decor are nice
